Scheduling a Visit
Thank you so much for your interest in scheduling a visit to Westside Christian High School. Westside Christian High School does allow family campus visits. These visits will follow set safety protocols to ensure the safety of you, our staff, and the Westside Christian High School community.
We encourage any family interested in learning more about Westside Christian High School to contact Amanda Howard to receive more information or schedule a tour.
Campus Tour: The best way to learn more about Westside Christian is to schedule a campus visit. In fact, we consider this to be the important initial step in your decision to join the Westside Christian High School Community. Both parents and the student are encouraged to attend. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a campus tour.
Open House: WCHS hosted its Open House on November 7th. If you missed this event, you can sign-up for our virtual experience. We encourage prospective students and their families to join us for this event. Families will hear from teachers, staff, current students, and their parents, coaches, and alumni. We hope to see you there!
Admission Panels: Westside Christian High School recorded a series of panels and additional videos to provide information about our student life, academics, athletics and more. To gain access to these recording, please contact email@example.com.
Eagle for a Day: We encourage students considering WCHS to spend a day at Westside Christian to get a feel for the school's daily activities. The visiting student will be paired with a current student for the day.*
*Eagle for a Day events are now available. Due to COVID-19 new restrictions apply and Eagle for a Day events are limited. If you are interested in scheduling a visit, please contact Amanda Howard at firstname.lastname@example.org. Classrooms have limited space and parents must sign a permission slip for their students to attend.

Applications for the 2021-2022 academic year are still available. You can apply online today. Due to increased interest, please submit applications as soon as possible to be considered for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Variable Tuition Applications for the 2021-2022 Academic Year are now available.
We welcome families applying to Westside Christian High School to fill out the variable tuition application. The admission application must be completed prior to the variable tuition application.
Variable Tuition Applications received by the January 31st deadline are given priority assessment. Applications received after the deadline will continue to be reviewed and assessed but may receive less or no financial aid based on the volume of applications received prior to the deadline.
Westside Christian High School will host Student + Parent interviews on February 18th, 20th, and 23rd for complete applications.
Applications received after the deadline will be contacted to schedule an interview within 10 days of their application, referral and recommendation submissions.
Please note, that we are requiring COVID-19 safety measures for the interviews including mask, social distancing (outside of family members), and staggered start times. If you have concerns regarding in person interviews, please contact our Registrar Caroline Hottmann at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Decision letters will be sent to priority applicants (students who applied before January 31st) by Mid-March.
For those who apply after the January 31st deadline. You will receive a letter of notification after you have completed the interview process.
