The Nest is a cozy space on campus that serves as a confidential and supportive resource for students, offering Biblically-based spiritual care, compassionate and listening presence, and complementing the Christ-centered mission of WCHS.
Meet Mrs. Cody Schuman: Mrs. Schuman is a Board Certified Trauma Chaplain and Certified Medical Ethicist, who holds her Bachelor of Science and Master's of Divinity degrees and brings nearly a decade of chaplaincy experience from OHSU/Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Mrs. Schuman also teaches the Life Skills elective and is married with four children and three family pets.
Nest Hours: Mrs. Schuman is available M, TU, TH during 1st & 4th periods & SOAR.
