How to Stay in the KNOW

 

ParentSquare is Westside Christian High School's primary communication platform for parents and guardians. Through ParentSquare, you will receive our weekly high school newsletter, important school updates, participation forms, event information, and have easy access to the school calendar and other helpful resources.

Once your account is activated, you can customize your notification preferences by selecting your preferred language, communication method (email, text message, or app notifications), and notification frequency. By default, communications will be sent to your email address. To make changes, navigate to Account Management > Notification Settings.

You can choose to receive:

  • Instant notifications as information is shared
  • A Daily Digest is delivered each evening at 6pm.
  • Notifications by email, text message, or through the ParentSquare app
     

Many families find that receiving instant text notifications along with the daily digest provides the best balance of timely updates and convenience.

One of the benefits of ParentSquare is that every communication remains available on the app throughout the school year, making it easy to search for and reference past announcements whenever you need them.

To get the most out of ParentSquare, we encourage you to download the ParentSquare app or sign in through your web browser.

Please watch this "Parents—Getting Started" video to begin. Then, download the app by following the links below. You can access the app on your phone or home computer via a web browser.
